Hope Your Mother’s Day was Happy!
Law and Loyalty Day
On April 30, 2020, the President of the United States issued two proclamations, Law Day and Loyalty Day, to be observed nation wide on May 1.
The Proclamation on Law Day –
“to honor our shared inheritance of respect for the principles of the rule of law, limited government, and individual liberty. Let us rededicate ourselves to remaining ever vigilant in defending our rights secured by the Constitution so that our experiment in self‑government continues in perpetuity.”
“observe this day by reflecting upon the importance of the rule of law in our Nation and displaying the flag of the United States in support of this national observance”
Read the entire proclamation here https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/proclamation-law-day-u-s-2020/
The Proclamation on Loyalty Day –
to “honor the wisdom of our Founders. We revere the words of our Constitution and our Declaration of Independence. We celebrate the heroes of our history and treasure the majesty of America’s natural beauty.”
“Generations of Americans have poured out sweat, blood, soul, and tears to defend these values — and on this day, we rededicate ourselves to protecting them in our own time, and for unborn generations to come.”
Read the entire proclamation here https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/proclamation-loyalty-day-2020/
To the Color is a bugle call to render honors to the nation. It is used when no band is available to render honors, or in ceremonies requiring honors to the nation more than once. To the Color commands all the same courtesies as the National Anthem.

Wishing you a glorious Law and Loyalty Day!
