Dec. 19 – Build a Snowman Day – Snow Dough Recipe – 2 cups baking soda, 1 cup corn starch,   1 1/2 cups water. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Cook over medium high. Stir continuously until it’s the consistency of mashed potatoes. Place dough in a bowl and cover with a towel until cool. Knead well and store in airtight container.
